I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life and I do my best to accommodate circumstances outside of your control. In my desire to be effective and courteous to all clients, the following policies are honored. Failure to do so will result in the loss of continued services.
Plan to arrive about 5 minutes before your appointment begins to enjoy the full length of your service.
Please come upstairs when you arrive. If the door is closed, please wait in the lobby on the first floor and I will greet you once I am available.
All clients must complete and sign the New Client Consultation form before receiving services
Minors must have a signed parental consent form before receiving services.
Payment is due upon completion of your service.
Out of consideration for my time and that of other clients, please give 24-hour notice of cancellations to avoid a fee. You may cancel or change your appointment using our online booking system, or by texting or calling 208.918.1767.
Appointment times cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will result in a $25 fee assessed to your account. Missed appointments, or no shows, will also result in a $25 fee assessed to your account. All fees must be paid before another appointment will be scheduled.
I cannot extend appointment times. If you arrive late, your service will be shortened to accommodate clients with appointment times following you.
Depending upon how late you arrive, I will determine whether there is enough time remaining to offer the service. Typically, if you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and recorded as a missed appointment.
Regardless of length of the service you receive, you will be responsible for payment of the service in full.
Client health history and personal information is collected and held in strict confidence. This information will never be shared outside of my practice without your specific expressed written consent.
